How it works:

Athlete 1 starts at Station 1.

Athlete 3 starts at Station 3.

Once an athlete completes their station, they rotate to the next.

Continue rotating for 20 minutes, accumulating as many full rounds as possible.

One athlete works per station at a time.


Score: Total team rounds + reps completed.
