Heavy but repeatable.
One athlete working at a time.
Switch as needed.
STATION 2 – FARMER’S CARRY
40–50 m lengths with heavy kettlebells.
Switch anytime.
STATION 3 – HEAVY POWER CLEANS + RUN
5 minutes to accumulate reps.
Heavy singles or touch-and-go if capable.
After every 5 cleans, complete a 100m run.
