Min on Min Off 2 Rounds each station

  1. Sled Push

  2. Ski Erg

  3. 5 DB Hang Snatch + 5 DB Push Press

  4. Rower

  5. 5 KB SDHP + 10 KB Lunges

  6. Airbike

  7. Ab Mat Sit-ups

You’ll be on each station for a total of 2 rounds before moving to the next station.

Station 3. Perform 5 DBHS straight into 5 DBPP on the same arm before switching arms. Amrap and pick up in round 2 where you left it in round one.

Station 5. Amrap 5 KB SDHP + 10 KB Lunges, pick up in round 2 where you left it in round one.
