Conditioning
In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
300/250m Ski or 800/600m Bike
25m Sled Push
2/1 Rope Climb
20m DB Lunges
300/250m Row
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.
Partner A will Row 300/250m
Partner B will perform 25m Sled Push ,
Partner A will perform 2/1 Rope Climbs
Partner B will perform 10m DB Lunges etc..
