Goal: Complete the work efficiently enough to earn 90–120 seconds on the machine each round, while keeping calories consistent or improving across all 3 sets.
RPE: 7.5–8.5/10, hard but controlled, never fully redlining early.
Primary Objective: Sustain threshold intensity under muscular fatigue by managing pacing through the run, carries, and lunges without letting heart rate spike too hard before the machine.
Secondary Objective: Maximise machine output under fatigue by recovering quickly in transition and building into a strong finish effort each round.
