GOAL: Sustain high output under fatigue while managing transitions and recovery with your partner.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: HYROX-specific conditioning and movement efficiency under elevated heart rate.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE: Develop pacing strategy, communication, and repeat effort capacity across multiple work zones.
