Station 1.. 500/400m Ski
Station 2. 75/50m Sled Push
Station 3. 100 Double/Single Under’s
Station 4. 40/30m Burpee BJ
Station 5. 30/20 Wall Balls
If you’re still working at 2:30 stop and rest :30 before the next station.
